“First time Filtration before Fermantation”
Note: Inspired by SMaSH Brews. Single Malt and Single Hop. Only added a little bit of Cara Pils.
Ingredients:
Malt:
- ~2300g Pilsner
- ~300g Cara Pils
Hop:
- Tettnanger, 4,8% alpha
- 4g for 30 min
- +6g for 15 min
- +8g for 15 min
Yeast:
Saflager W 34/70
Process:
Mashing:
- 10 min at 55°C
- 45 min at 62°C
- 15 min at 67°C
- 20 min at 72°C
- 78°C mashing out process
Fermentation:
- 12-14°C for min. 7 days
