- Ariana, 10,3% alpha
- 10g for 15 min
- +10g for 15 min
- +20g for 15 min
- +15g for 15 min
Yeast:
LalBrew® Nottingham Ale
Process:
Mashing:
- 55°C 15 min
- 62-64°C 45 min
- 71-73°C until jodnormal
- 78°C mashing out process
Fermentation:
- 17-20°C for min. 7 days
