Ingredients:

Malt:

  • ~2500g Pale Ale

Hop:

  1. Ariana, 10,3% alpha
  2. 10g for 15 min
  3. +10g for 15 min
  4. +20g for 15 min
  5. +15g for 15 min

Yeast:

LalBrew® Nottingham Ale

Process:

Mashing:

  1. 55°C 15 min
  2. 62-64°C 45 min
  3. 71-73°C until jodnormal
  4. 78°C mashing out process

Fermentation:

  1. 17-20°C for min. 7 days
