  2. 20g Cascade
  3. 10g Cascade for 30 min
  4. +10g Cascade for 30 min
  5. +20g Aurora for 30 min

Yeast:

Mangrove Jack US West Coast

Process:

Cooking:

  1. 55°C 10 min
  2. 62-64°C 35 min
  3. 71-73°C 20 min
  4. 78°C mashing out process

Fermentation:

  1. 17-20°C for min. 7 days
