“The Wedding”

Ingredients:

Malt:

  • ~2000g Pale Ale
  • ~550g Wheat
  • ~550g light Caramell

Hop:

  1. Callista, 4,6% alpha
  2. 4g for 20 min
  3. +8g for 20 min
  4. +12g for 10 min
  5. +24g < 80°C

Yeast:

Mangrove Jack American West Coast Ale

Process:

Mashing:

  1. 60 min at 65-69°C
  2. 10 min at 72°C
  3. 78°C mashing out process

Fermentation:

  1. 18-22°C for min. 10 days
  2. Add 900g of Raspberrys for 3-5 days at the end
