- ~550g light Caramell
Hop:
- Callista, 4,6% alpha
- 4g for 20 min
- +8g for 20 min
- +12g for 10 min
- +24g < 80°C
Yeast:
Mangrove Jack American West Coast Ale
Process:
Mashing:
- 60 min at 65-69°C
- 10 min at 72°C
- 78°C mashing out process
Fermentation:
- 18-22°C for min. 10 days
- Add 900g of Raspberrys for 3-5 days at the end
