  • ~200 Cara Light Malt

Hop:

  1. 10g Cascade for 20 min
  2. 5g Tettnang for 20 min
  3. 5g Ariana for 15 min

Yeast:

US West Coast Ale

Process:

Mashing:

  1. 10 min at ~53°C
  2. 45 min at 60-65°C
  3. 20 min at 70-73°C
  4. 78°C mashing out process

Fermentation:

  1. 18-22°C for min. 10 days
