Red Dog Brewing is all about discovery and new experiences. It is a small, young craft brewery that explores new techniques and flavors with a lot of heart. Arm in arm with scientific brewing knowledge, malt, hops and yeast are transformed into liquid gold in their brew kettles.
The name originated from the faithful brewing assistant, whose bright nature and great interest in new things always inspires me to try new things.
